Great rainy season diving while diving the southern Gili Islands...

This week in South Lombok we had some lovely dives with a beautiful white Leaf Scorpion fish making an appearance. Its been  a little rainy this week in South Lombok but we are still having some great dives and lots of laughs along the way.

We had an amazing dive with lots of sightings of some amazing marine life including White tip reef sharks, leaf scorpion fish, Nudibranches, Shrimps, Crabs and many more. Johnas was very happy after his dive and regrets leaving the diving until the last day as he said he would have loved to do more and has said that he will be back very soon.

This time of near is when we start the maintenance on our boats. Me and the boys here at DiveZone had fun this week digging holes and pulling our big boat out of the water and we made a day of it with lots of laughs and lunch on the beach, a hard days work but as always the boys made it fun and no one felt like they had worked at all.

As i said its been a little rainy this week but of course its still hot and this visibility is holding around 15 meters with a few waves and lovly warm water at 28 degrees C. We have seen a lot this week including  trevally, Tuna, Ornate Ghost pipe fish, Painted Frog fish, Hawks Bill Turtles, Peacock Mantis Shrimp and loads more.
